My Fitness Kitchn deliver fresh premade fitness meals Sydney wide. Please check our online post code checker or contact us on 1300 411 020 to find out if we deliver to your area.
We are looking into expanding to other states within Australia in the near future so stay tuned!
When do I need to place my order by and when will I receive it?
Please view the table below which outlines order cut off times and delivery days for all Sydney suburbs.
What happens if I order after the cut off time?
We will do our best to include your order in the next closest delivery day. If not, your order will then be pushed to the following delivery day.
Will I need to be home to receive my order?
You don’t need to be home to receive your order. If no one is home, your fitness ready meals will be left in a cooler bag or polystyrene box with ice packs at your front door step or in a secured location according to your delivery instructions.
If no one is home, how long can my meals stay cool outside when delivered?
Our cooler bags and polystyrene boxes can keep food cool for up to 6 hours. To prevent your fitness ready meals from spoiling, please refrigerate them immediately when received.
How do I return my cooler bag / polystyrene box and ice packs?
On your next delivery day, please leave your cooler bag or polystyrene box and used ice packs at your front door step for collection. If you are not receiving any further deliveries, please contact us on 1300 411 020 to arrange collection.
Can I still receive deliveries if I live in a secured apartment?
Yes you can. Please contact us on 1300 411 020 to organise delivery.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
If for any reason your order has not arrived, please contact us on 1300 411 020.
Can I pick up my order?
We can arrange for you to pick up your order on certain days and times at our facility. Please contact us prior to ordering for more information on picking up your order.
