My Fitness Kitchn (26 612 021 664) regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following terms and conditions apply to all My Fitness Kitchn users, and conform to Internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information

In order to use the My Fitness Kitchn website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to the service, support and accounts, including email and phone calls.

Any information collected by My Fitness Kitchn is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, and fax or directly through our website and through interaction with the My Fitness Kitchn team.

 

Use of Collected Information

Any details collected from a My Fitness Kitchn customer is required in order to provide you with our products and services, including a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our team development and training.

 

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them onto Paystream to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information

If your personal identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at info@myfitnesskitchn.com.au

All fees stated for meals are inclusive of GST only. Accounts for paid orders are classed as a once-off transaction between the Account holder and My Fitness Kitchn.

Full meal payment must be made by the Account holder via Paystream, the company responsible for facilitating the direct debit payment system on behalf of My Fitness Kitchn in accordance with the My Fitness Kitchn terms and conditions or via PayPal Australia.

The Customer must have sufficient funds or credit available at the time of each transaction. Transactions for meal payments are one off for the order made.

If you do not have sufficient funds available at the time of the transaction the menu will not be submitted for the next scheduled delivery day.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your payment details (if you have provided the correct email address).

 

Meal Orders

Meal orders placed and paid for, are for one (1) order only and do not rollover to the following week.

When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personal identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv).

We use this information for billing purposes and order clarification. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

 

Delivery Policy

Delivery areas are within Sydney, Newcastle and Central Coast only. You cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.

My Fitness Kitchn cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.

My Fitness Kitchn accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. My Fitness Kitchn will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.

My Fitness Kitchn will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify My Fitness Kitchn if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 1300 411 020. Missing meal items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon code will be created to be used with the customer’s next order.

Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.

 

Additional Delivery Instructions & Questions During Checkout

Under the Shipping Address page of the checkout, please provide any additional delivery instructions as to where at the home property you would like your My Fitness Kitchn meals dropped off. For example, would you like your meals dropped off at the front door, or somewhere else on the premises, if possible, etc.

 

Delivery Days & Cut Off Times

My Fitness Kitchn currently delivers to Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, ACT, Newcastle and Central Coast only. We deliver on the days specified below:

My Fitness Kitchn reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice.

 

Refund & Returns Policy

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact us on 1300 411 020 within 24 hours to organise a delivery pick-up of that order.

Failure to contact My Fitness Kitchn within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.

My Fitness Kitchn will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.

Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order to our kitchen

Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of My Fitness Kitchn will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the customer.

My Fitness Kitchn will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

 

Limitation of Liability: Food Storage

My Fitness Kitchn accepts no liability, losses nor responsibility to customers and/or users of this website, who do not correctly refrigerate, freeze or otherwise store their food in a manner which is fit for safe human consumption. The customer is solely responsible for proper storage and safekeeping of their meals. My Fitness Kitchn is not responsible for any food poisoning that may occur due to improper food handling and storage.

 

All our meals are delivered fresh in a thermal insulated box with ice packs at your front door step or in a secured location according to your delivery instructions. This keeps the meals cool for up to 8 hours in a shaded area. We recommend that you immediately place your meals into the fridge or freezer.

 

Allergies

My Fitness Kitchn strongly suggests that you consult your Doctor prior to consuming My Fitness Kitchn meals. Please consider My Fitness Kitchn meals are produced in facilities that handle the following ingredients; milk, eggs, soya, seafood (including crustaceans), peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, gluten and celery. It is not possible to guarantee the total absence of these ingredients in any My Fitness Kitchn products.

My Fitness Kitchn accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a customer as a result of consuming a My Fitness Kitchn meal/product – this also applies to expecting mothers.

If you have a life threatening allergy it is advisable you do not purchase meals from My Fitness Kitchn as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients from our products.

 

Communications

My Fitness Kitchn uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, SMS, accounts information, and customer service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails, SMS order reminders, newsletters and offers. If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by unsubscribing or emailing us at info@myfitnesskitchn.com.au.

We do not collect your personal information for any third party agent/service providers not related directly to My Fitness Kitchn.

 

Third Parties

My Fitness Kitchn may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

My Fitness Kitchn does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

 

Legal

We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website, then information will be released.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, My Fitness Kitchn requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to order cut off mentioning your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by calling us on 1300 411 020.
